Dr. Alex K. Ng

Senior Pastor

Pastor Alex joined RHBC with his family in September 2025 .  He is married to Emily and they have two daughters. He brings his passion for Biblical theology, preaching, evangelism, missions, and discipleship to RHBC. He loves to see people built up in Christ and the gospel being proclaimed throughout Calgary and beyond.


Sheryl Kaine

Administrative Assistant


Sheryl has been a member of the church for 3o years, with 20 of those years serving on staff. She sees serving at RHBC as both her ministry to the Lord and her way of continuing her parents legacy at the church, who were founding members. She keeps us organized, ensures events execute smoothly, and helps people connect. You'll often find her enjoying a cup of coffee, either while helping make our space beautiful or keeping our ministries informed.

Rafael Mendez

 Ministry Coordinator

Rafael Mendez brings nine years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with his last position as a Senior Coordinator, to assist us in the coordination of different ministries at RHBC. Rafa feels led by the Lord to serve here at RHBC with vision and purpose. We are grateful to have Rafa on the team.


Eduardo Hernandez

 Ministry Resident - Youth and Discipleship

Eduardo Hernandez grew up in RHBC and has proven himself as a leader among the young adults of the church. He has demonstrated God's call upon his life through faithfully serving the church in various capacities and intentionally taking steps toward vocational ministry. We are grateful to have Eduardo's assistance in facilitating the youth ministry and discipling the next generation.

Caleb Spannagel

Ministry Resident - Evangelism and Missions

Caleb Spannagel grew up in RHBC and recently spent two years in the Amazon Jungle doing missions work. Caleb brings his passion, expertise, and resources in missions and evangelism to RHBC, assisting us with our missions and outreach efforts and partnership, evangelism training, and various other ministry areas.

Daryl Olson

Worship Leader


Daryl works with our worship teams and AV team to lead RHBC in worship with the best of both the old and the new in Christian music. He enjoys his family and the Stampeders!


Eleanor & Jasmyne

Children's Ministry Team


These two love on kids and parents alike, bringing together our great team of volunteers who serve our families weekly by investing in kids!



We would love for you to join us any Sunday at 10:30 am or catch a previous service on our recordings page.  We look forward to connecting with you and help you connect with God!
